Kairav Khimji is an 11th grade student at the Jayshree Periwal International School, India. He is extremely passionate about business and hopes to pursue a combination of entrepreneurship and economics in his higher studies. In this vein, he has authored a blog series titled “Marketing in the Margins” that discusses models for social entrepreneurship and technological innovations in the field. Kairav is a keen writer and has participated in multiple essay competitions to enhance his knowledge in different subjects. The Minds Underground Essay Competition, the John Locke Essay Competition, and the LSESU Economics Society Essay Competition are some of the competitions he has participated in. To improve his knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship, he participated in the Future Entrepreneurs Program held by Harvard Student Agencies where he learnt about the processes involved in idea generation, competitor analysis, and elevator pitch.
